Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager, Learning & Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of leadership, technical, and professional development programs within the automotive sector.

This role collaborates with instructional designers, learning leaders, SMEs, and external vendors to ensure solutions are on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in learning and development.
• Experience delivering learning solutions across multiple formats (eLearning, ILT, videos, microlearning).
• Strong ability to manage aggressive timelines and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning production across digital, virtual, instructor-led, and technical training.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs.
• Facilitate alignment among designers, SMEs, technical experts, vendors, and leadership.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and critical deliverables; drive continuous improvement.
