Vituity is seeking a Program Manager in Learning & Development to transform business needs into engaging learning solutions. The role supports professional and leadership development, onboarding, and organizational orientation across a nationwide remote footprint.

You will align programs with strategic goals, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with executives and SMEs. Strong facilitation, LMS and content authoring experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years of program management, project management, or related experience.
• 3 years of learning or talent management related experience preferred.
• 7 years of program management, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience creating and managing online content with an LMS and content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Transform business needs into learning solutions for professional and leadership development.
• Align programs with organizational strategy and goals.
• Define scope, benefits, risks, and success factors for programs.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning programs using varied modalities.
• Lead team meetings with clear agendas and action items.
• Manage program timelines and budgets.
• Coach speakers/facilitators and provide feedback on training content.
• Oversee logistics of live and online education offerings.
• Drive adoption with marketing and stakeholder outreach.
• Evaluate program impact through surveys and ROI analyses.
