Remote role in the United States with hybrid options in some locations; requires 3+ years PM experience and 2+ years L&D experience, plus Wrike

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of learning & development experience.
• Experience with Wrike or similar PM platforms required.
• Ability to cultivate consultative business partnerships with leaders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
• Strong PM, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage allocated budget for program.
• Lead end-to-end PM for learning programs, onboarding cohorts, events, and workstreams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including learning architects and vendors.
• Support learning operations within LMS platforms and reporting.
• Build, refine, and optimize PM workflows, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and documentation.
• Translate business needs into actionable, measurable deliverables.
