Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to build and lead a company-wide L&D function. This hands-on leadership role will establish strategy, programs, processes, and infrastructure to help our Team Members develop capabilities to succeed and grow at Atlas.

Reporting to the Global Head of People, you will partner across People Strategy & Effectiveness, Service Delivery, and business leaders to identify capability gaps, translate needs into practical development solutions, and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, talent development, or a related field.
• Experience designing manager and leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation practices.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose performance and capability gaps and translate business needs into practical development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the company-wide Learning & Development strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance and prioritization for learning needs.
• Build scalable L&D programs, processes, tools, and infrastructure including learning technology and reporting.
• Design and deliver manager development programs focused on coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Partner with leaders to develop capability frameworks linking roles, skills, and career progression.
• Create learning pathways for certifications, product enablement, and onboarding.
• Define onboarding readiness standards and time-to-productivity measures.
• Establish learning requirements for new products and emerging technologies.
• Design and facilitate programs across instructor-led, virtual, self-guided, and on-the-job formats.
