Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager to collaborate with the Center of Excellence and partner with stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams. The role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and high-quality delivery of learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, budget tracking, cross-functional coordination, LMS support, and process optimization using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Learning preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• 2+ years of learning & development experience required.
• Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools required.
• Hybrid role requiring in-person work 3 days in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage allocated budget for programs.
• Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning.
• Lead end-to-end PM for learning programs, onboarding, and events.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including learning architects and vendors.
• Support learning operations within LMS platforms and reporting.
• Build and optimize PM systems, workflows, and SOPs.
• Leverage AI/tools to improve process efficiency and documentation.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
