Job summary

UNOPS is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist (HR Specialist - Learning and Development) for a home-based role. The position sits within the PCG and focuses on global learning programmes, including leadership development, with collaboration across HQ and regional units.

The role requires designing and delivering learning interventions, coordinating with stakeholders worldwide, and ensuring programmes meet strategic learning goals while managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HR management, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management and corporate learning.
• Experience with external training providers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop strategies for conducting learning needs analysis of target audiences.
• Coordinate regional and HQ stakeholders with internal and external Subject Matter Experts and policy owners.
• Lead organizational learning projects, with a primary focus on leadership development programmes, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
• Coordinate procurement processes, market research, and vendor management.
• Synthesize evaluation data and communicate impact of learning activities to the Head of Learning and relevant stakeholders.
