Job summary

Engineering Management Institute (EMI) is seeking an L&D Program Operations Manager to coordinate and drive the successful execution of client engagements and cross-functional projects in a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the COO. This position emphasizes ownership of programs, timelines, and outcomes while not being a people-manager role.

Responsibilities

Coordinate client engagements and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Maintain project timelines, trackers, milestones, deliverables, and documentation.
Translate client commitments and project requirements into clear, actionable plans.
Coordinate responsibilities and deadlines across internal teams.
Proactively identify dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and resource needs.
Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, timelines, milestones, and operational needs.
Partner with the COO, CEO, and EMI leaders on resource planning and escalations.
Help strengthen EMI's processes and systems to manage its work.
