Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment or similar operating role.
• Proven ability to own an executive operating rhythm from planning to delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own executive and leadership operating rhythms end‑to‑end, including agendas, advance materials, decision capture, action items, and follow‑through.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate discussions into decisions, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives to completion with accountability and明 visibility.
• Provide executive support including calendar management, travel logistics, and confidential administrative execution.
