Responsibilities

• Guide participants from initial enquiry to full program involvement.
• Conduct structured virtual discovery conversations.
• Manage onboarding and engagement pathways for clarity and participant satisfaction.
• Attract and engage participants via professional communications.
• Support participants in exploring programs and development opportunities.
• Track progress and refine processes to enhance engagement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to participants.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
