Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) invites a capable Operations Development Program Manager to join our San Jose team with remote flexibility.

You will help design, develop, and deliver training materials for the Operations Development Program (PMD and PDP) to equip project managers and production staff for growth and excellence. You will partner with subject matter experts, coordinate learning events, manage content in Cornerstone LMS, and drive continuous improvement of learning delivery across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum five years in construction project management or related field.
• Experience in learning and development is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development and delivery of training modules.
• Conduct discovery research on current processes and best practices.
• Develop and customize instructional content for audience groups.
• Track milestones and program events; manage calendars.
• Maintain content in Cornerstone LMS and generate reports.
• Collaborate with leaders to curate training content.
• Coordinate meetings and virtual classes/events.
