Solera Senior Living is seeking a Program Manager, Learning & Development to own the execution of our learning agenda across U.S. communities. You’ll manage the learning calendar, LMS, vendor relationships, and hands-on content design, with a focus on frontline staff and compliance training.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with People Ops and leaders to implement engaging programs, leverage AI and new learning technology, and ensure consistent onboarding and 90-day milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development or related roles.
• Ability to design and build learning content, not just coordinate.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual learning calendar and training programs enterprise-wide.
• Own the LMS, including enrollment, uploads, tracking, and audits.
• Design content and collaborate with SMEs and leaders.
• Track learning metrics and report on program effectiveness.
