You will partner with generative‑AI learning colleagues, streamline processes, and implement agile workflows across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in programme management or operations.
• Proven ability to redesign processes for efficiency and transparency.
• Practical experience applying generative‑AI to workflows.
• Experience leading and developing people with strong organisation.
• PMO leadership or workforce innovation background preferred.

Responsibilities
