Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Learning Programs Manager in a remote role within the United States.

The role leads planning, delivery, and assessment of diverse learning events and programs, collaborating with stakeholders and the professional learning team to ensure smooth hosting and technical support. Responsibilities include leveraging learning technologies (AI-enabled where appropriate), managing workflows, and producing insights from KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8 years of equivalent education and professional work experience.
• Experience with online and/or in-person adult or professional learning.
• Experience with educational technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in professional work (preferred).
• Experience in higher education, an association, or nonprofit with strong member service (preferred).
• Minimum of four years' experience in project management or program administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate learning events across their lifecycle.
• Provide hosting, moderating, and technical assistance.
• Utilize learning technologies, including AI, to enhance engagement and outcomes.
• Develop interactive learning experiences across the portfolio.
• Coordinate event promotion and attendee communications.
• Monitor and report event progress and KPIs.
• Collaborate with contractors and update Professional Pathways where needed.
