Greystar Management Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Delivery & Execution to drive national L&D strategy across all territories. Lead a team of territory L&D Managers, deploy Trainers, and champion AI-enabled learning delivery to scale impact across the organization.

You will oversee execution, measurement, and continuous improvement with a focus on consistency and local context, collaborating with operations and People & Culture leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, HR, business, or org development.
• 3+ years leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience implementing learning programs across multi-site frontline org.
• Strong knowledge of instructor-led, virtual, field-based, and blended learning.
• Working knowledge of AI tools in learning delivery, coaching, and operations.
• Experience establishing performance expectations and accountability measures.

Responsabilités

• Owns national delivery strategy for instructor-led, virtual, field-based, and blended learning.
• translates priorities into measurable execution plans with territory L&D teams.
• Drive consistent implementation of CORE programs and national initiatives.
• Surface risks and resource constraints, partner to resolve.
• Promote AI-enabled reinforcement and coaching beyond events.
• Lead and coach territory L&D Managers and Trainers.
• Manage onboarding for new or promoted L&D team members.
• Build scalable processes and governance for national delivery.
