Job summary

Optasia Group is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to build a global learning and capability agenda from the ground up. This standalone role owns strategy, operating model, technology selection, content design and measures business impact across regions.

You will partner with leaders and People Partners, embedding responsible AI usage and practical delivery across a scalable, measurable learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building learning ecosystems in multi-country or fast-scaling firms.
• Proven track record designing and implementing L&D strategy from scratch with measurable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete learning lifecycle from strategy to delivery across regions.
• Build global L&D strategy, roadmap and annual plan aligned with business priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, vendors, budget and reporting for the function.
• Lead needs analyses using data, performance insights and stakeholder interviews.
• Design capability frameworks and learning pathways for diverse populations.
• Oversee end-to-end learning tech implementation: requirements, selection, config, migration, launch.
• Deliver high-quality learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, digital and on-the-job formats.
• Develop an AI learning agenda including literacy, prompt engineering and responsible usage.
• Use AI and learning tech for analysis, content creation, personalization and evaluation with human oversight.
