Job summary

NANA Management Services is seeking a Remote Cook’s Helper to assist in a remote camp kitchen on a rotating 3‑week on/3‑week off schedule. The role involves long 12‑hour shifts, food preparation, stocking, and service in a remote North Slope setting near Anchorage, AK.

You will work with cooks and other kitchen staff, ensure sanitation, and support cleaning and maintenance of dining areas while adhering to safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours per shift.
• Must pass pre‑employment testing and fit for duty assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks, chefs, bakers, and others as needed.
• Prepare food and cook vegetables, entrees, coffee, sauces, meats.
• Clean, stock, and serve in a remote camp kitchen and dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and storage areas; stock supplies.
