Job summary

PIM Brands, headquartered in Park Ridge, New Jersey, seeks a remote Key Account Manager (KAM) - West to lead sales growth across Western Regional Retail and Wholesale accounts. The role requires up to 50% travel and reports to the Director, Western Sales – Convenience.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in consumer-packaged goods sales, strong relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive program development, broker coordination, and annual business planning with retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods Sales, Account Management preferred.
• Must be able to travel and work extended daily hours, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage convenience retailers and wholesalers and establish PIM as a first choice partner for fruit snacks and confectionery.
• Identify new distribution growth opportunities with convenience retailers and build profitable partnerships.
• Develop annual programs, promotions and planograms with retailers to advance PIM brands.
• Build relationships with regional C-Store retailers and wholesalers.
• Motivate brokers to execute initiatives and achieve annual goals.
• Create annual sales plans per broker supporting PIM objectives.
• Deliver customer presentations for C-Store retailers and wholesalers.
