Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a KAM - West to drive sales and profit growth across Regional Retail and Wholesale Convenience accounts throughout the Western United States. The role reports to the Director, Western Sales – Convenience and is based remotely with travel up to 50%.

You will develop annual programs, promotions and planograms with retailers, manage trade spend and broker performance, and build strong retailer partnerships to expand PIM Brands’ market share. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods Sales, Account Management preferably focused on the Convenience trade class segment.
• Experience building and growing relationships with Convenience accounts.
• Strong Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous sales and profit growth across Regional Retail and Wholesale Convenience accounts in the Western U.S.
• Develop annual programs, promotions and planograms with retailers.
• Manage trade spend budgets and promotional plans by broker and customer.
• Motivate and manage brokers to achieve annual goals.
• Develop and deliver customer presentations for C-Store retailers and wholesalers.
