Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager (KAM) - West to drive sales growth across Western Regional Retail and Wholesale Convenience accounts. The role is remote from the Western United States, requiring travel up to 50% to meet retailers, brokers, and attend industry events.

Based at HQ in Park Ridge, New Jersey, this position reports to the Director, Western Sales – Convenience and focuses on developing annual programs, promotions, and planograms to expand PIM's footprint in snacks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods sales, account management preferred.
• Experience building and growing relationships with convenience accounts.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, Demand Planning and Sales Finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and creating persuasive presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth across Regional Retail and Wholesale Convenience accounts in the Western United States.
• Develop annual programs, promotions and planograms with retailers.
• Partner with brokers and retailers to execute growth strategies.
• Manage trade spend budgets and promotional plans by account.
• Develop customer presentations for business reviews and planning sessions.
• Build relationships with HQ and regional retailers to support PIM growth.
