Job summary

PIM Brands seeks a motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) - West to drive sales and profitability across Western regional retail and wholesale accounts. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and reports to the Director, Western Sales – Convenience.

You will cultivate customer partnerships, coordinate with brokers, and develop annual programs to grow PIM Brands’ fruit snacks and confectionery lines while aligning with strategic sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods Sales, Account Management preferably focused on the Convenience trade class segment.
• Proven ability to build and grow relationships with Convenience accounts and to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, and Sales Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous sales and profit growth across all Regional Retail and Wholesale Convenience accounts in the Western United States.
• Develop annual programs, promotions and planograms with retailers to advance PIM Brands categories.
• Build strong relationships with regional C-Store retailers, wholesalers, brokers, and HQ contacts to drive growth.
