Sanofi is seeking a Key Account Manager for the West Region to drive growth in vaccine-related services from a remote stance across listed US states. You will translate strategic value propositions into actionable account plans and work with Sanofi Pasteur/VaxServe teams to expand relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. A valid driver’s license is needed for field activity and travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience is required.
• The ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Possesses strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills.
• Ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Must possess valid driver’s license, be eligible for insurance coverage and must be able to safely operate a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage business relationships with assigned customers and key personnel.
• Translate value proposition strategies into account plans to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate with Sanofi and VaxServe teams to maximize contract gross margin.
• Partner with field sales to train and develop a knowledgeable sales force in managed care.
• Develop territory business plans with strategic objectives for each health system.
• Communicate plans and results to senior management and cross-functional teams.
