Anker Innovations is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth with US mobile network operators. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop strategic plans to expand our presence in the US market.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics to execute plans, travel up to 20% as needed, and build strong relationships with decision-makers. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of B2B experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience building and maintaining key account relationships with US Mobile Network Operators/Telecom Companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Team Player.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Prepared to travel – 20% or less of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate retail partnerships and business opportunities within the US mobile network operator market.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Track account activity and identify opportunities for sales expansion.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and analyze complex issues, gather relevant data, and determine root causes.
• Makes timely and effective decisions, even under pressure, and communicates them clearly.
• Develop Strategic business plan for all accounts.
• Discuss and plan promotional strategy/budgeting and activities with the marketing department
• Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
• Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
