Job summary

Lantheus, a leading radiopharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced specialty sales professional to promote PYLARIFY and grow our Nuclear Medicine business across an assigned geography. This remote US role targets oncology, nuclear medicine, imaging, or urology and requires navigating complex health systems and contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in oncology, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, or imaging.
• Experience selling to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Experience developing business across individual sites and IDNs/health systems.
• Healthcare contracting and negotiation experience.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and economic information.
• Proven ability to create account plans and deliver results in a complex environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to ethical, compliant business practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and key-account plans to achieve sales and access goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, nuclear medicine leaders, and administrators.
• Engage at site and IDN level; adapt strategies to complex structures.
• Lead contracting, renewals, and formulary/implementation activities.
• Onboard and educate new sites on approved use of PYLARIFY.
• Use data to prioritize opportunities and adjust territory plans.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and others.
• Maintain strong relationships with nuclear medicine professionals and imaging centers.
• Identify reimbursement challenges and coordinate internal resources.
• Represent Lantheus in an ethical, patient-first manner.
