BIOCODEX USA is seeking a remote Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead sales and education across a broad West Coast territory. You will own relationships with Key External Experts and healthcare providers, driving strategies in a dynamic, patient-centered care environment.

The role covers California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii with 40–80% field travel. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and outcomes for patients with Dravet syndrome and related

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/medical/healthcare space preferred, including Neurology/Dravet Syndrome experience.
• Experience with rare/orphan diseases and complex health systems.
• Engaging with KEEs and cross-functional teams across medical, commercial and market access.

• Deliver territory sales objectives and contribute to regional/national goals.
• Build strategic relationships with Key External Experts and healthcare providers to identify and educate on products and disease areas.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Navigate local reimbursement environments and educate on access programs and services.
• Manage CRM databases, profiling key customers, and reporting performance.
