Munters, a global leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Key Account Manager. This fully remote role with travel involves managing key customer accounts, developing proposals with engineering teams, and presenting at trade shows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HVAC sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 50% is expected to support customer engagement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical knowledge.
• Minimum 5+ years HVAC sales experience.
• Excellent verbal/presentation and writing skills.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and ability to run technical analysis software.
• Proven customer relation management skills.
• Ability to work productively on own with minimal direct supervision.
• Detail oriented, dependable, professional appearance, positive attitude.
• Team player with excellent social & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned existing key customer accounts and prospect for new customers.
• Serve as Munters primary contact for key accounts; process RFQs and coordinate with applications engineering.
• Prepare customer proposals with media performance metrics, pricing, and terms.
• Attend and present at trade shows and customer training sessions.
• Provide monthly order and revenue forecast.
