Job summary

Munters is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive sales of evaporative media and systems. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HVAC experience and strong technical aptitude to support major accounts.

You will manage existing key accounts, grow new business, and collaborate with applications engineering to deliver tailored Munters cooling solutions. Travel up to 50% is required with a focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical knowledge.
• Minimum 5+ years HVAC sales experience.
• Excellent verbal/presentation and writing skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to run technical analysis software.
• Proven customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented, dependable, professional appearance, positive attitude.
• Team player with strong social & negotiation skills.
• High level of confidentiality requirement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned existing key customer accounts and prospect for new customers.
• Serve as Munters primary contact for key accounts; process RFQs and coordinate with applications engineering to provide Munters cooling solutions.
• Prepare customer proposals with media performance metrics, pricing, and terms.
• Attend and present at trade shows and customer training sessions.
• Create PowerPoint and spreadsheet presentations customized to meet customer needs.
• Host customer visits and factory witness test events.
• Provide monthly order and revenue forecasts.
