Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leading fleet maintenance company in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Account Manager to partner with our customers and ensure long-term success. You will manage an assigned client with fleet assets under a maintenance agreement, communicate updates from the client to support day-to-day requests, and drive account performance.

This remote position offers a compensation range of $105,000-$120,000 with bonus potential, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a national account manager or key account manager.
• Experience with an equipment fleet business preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office to create and present reports.
• Experience processing billing, invoices, work orders and fleet repairs.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Fleet maintenance experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Key contact and trusted advisor for account relationships with Amerit and client.
• Understand all relevant work orders and contract documents and ensure compliance.
• Track segment KPIs and present results and trends.
• Identify risk areas and report to General Manager.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions per customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress and forecast account metrics to stakeholders.
• Assist with high severity requests or escalations.
• Support Amerit's Fleet Managers.
