Fleetio is a modern software platform helping organizations manage fleet operations. We’re seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive ARR growth, source and close new business, and leverage cross‑functional teams to convert high‑impact prospects into long‑term customers.

Remote-friendly in the U.S., with a base in Birmingham, AL HQ optional. You’ll own the sales process from prospecting to close, conduct web demos, and negotiate pricing while targeting Medium and Large organizations across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• Experience owning engagements end-to-end from prospecting to close.
• Experience in pipeline generation, inbound and outbound.
• Experience selling to a broad array of decision-makers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.
• Resourceful and proactive with teamwork.
• Tech-savvy and productive with tools.

Responsibilities

• Know Fleetio inside out as a solution expert for fleet management.
• Conduct consultative sales to mid‑market and enterprise orgs.
• Generate new pipeline via strategic outbound outreach (calls, emails).
• Perform web-based demos and presentations for prospects globally.
• Proactive follow-up via phone and email with prospects.
• Negotiate pricing and close opportunities.
