Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Remote Key Account Manager to drive biosimilars in secondary care across NHS settings. You’ll own accounts, map stakeholders, and influence prescribing decisions through remote e‑detailing and dialogue with clinicians, pharmacists and procurement.

This role requires strong commercial drive, resilience and the ability to work autonomously in a remote UK environment, building trusted relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in biosimilars or immunology.
• Proven ability to map stakeholders and influence prescribing decisions.
• Experience with e-detailing and remote customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of secondary care accounts, developing clear account plans and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Building trusted and influential relationships with clinical, pharmacy, procurement and medicines optimisation stakeholders.
• Driving the uptake of biosimilar portfolio through customer-focused conversations.
• Delivering engaging e-details, tele-details and remote meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Mapping accounts to understand prescribing pathways and stakeholder networks.
