Job summary

Accord BioPharma is seeking a Field-based Specialty Account Manager to drive biosimilar adoption across urology and immunology in a remote territory. You will partner with physicians, clinical staff, and payers to communicate clinical, economic, and patient‑access value.

You will execute territory plans, deliver education and data, support formulary access, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining Compliance and patient‑first commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• MBA, PharmD, MPH, MPA, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or market access roles preferred.
• Biosimilar, specialty pharmacy, and/or generic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with biosimilar and specialty reimbursement and buy-and-bill recommended.
• Proficiency with Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Commercial Medical and Pharmacy benefits.
• Buy-and-bill experience required.
• Experience in Urology, Immunology, Oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory business plan to drive adoption, utilization, and growth of Accord BioPharma’s biosimilar portfolio.
• Build compliant relationships across a total office call approach, engaging physicians, staff, and formulary stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate, impactful product education, clinical data, and biosimilar value messaging.
• Apply buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and practice economics knowledge to support onboarding and formulary access.
• Assist customers through formulary review and approval processes with clinical insights.
• Partner with sales leadership, marketing, medical affairs, patient services, and field reimbursement teams.
• Monitor customer insights, competitive dynamics, and local market trends; communicate actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and business activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
