Cengage Group in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Field Sales Consultant K12 for Minnesota (REMOTE) to drive digital and print product solutions, meet sales goals, and develop territory plans. You will forecast sales, build relationships with schools and districts, and support conferences and industry events.

Base pay ranges from $52,000 to $70,000 USD with incentives. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in education sales, with strong communication and CRM skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 2 years teaching and education sales experience, preferably in publishing.
• Proven record of consistent sales growth and goal achievement.
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to build and execute complex sales solutions.
• Ability to establish, cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with customers and partners.
• Documented territory management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with business technologies, multiple applications, CRM systems and Microsoft Office; must be able to transport materials and lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in sales call activities to prospective customers to explore and present product solutions for our digital and print products.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using company sales tools and historical data.
• Participate in network building opportunities within territory, including conferences, group presentations, and industry functions.
• Other duties as needed.
