Job summary

FranklinCovey, remote-ready leader in education sales, seeks a Client Partner to drive revenue within a defined territory of schools and districts. You will own the full sales cycle from strategy to renewal, aligning with FranklinCovey’s strategy and field sales rhythm.

You will collaborate with a pod of cross-functional teammates, navigate RFPs and budget cycles, and maintain a qualified pipeline in Salesforce, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of education sales, education services, or school/district leadership experience.
• Experience selling to K-12 districts strongly.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual quota or equivalent performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic conversations with senior district and school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve a personal revenue quota, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Build and execute a territory plan identifying priority districts and schools.
• Maintain a well-qualified pipeline and accelerate key deals.
• Lead the full sales process with district and school stakeholders, including superintendents and principals.
• Navigate RFPs, board approvals, and budget cycles.
