Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Client Partner to lead education sales in a defined Texas territory, driving revenue growth from strategy to close. This role reports to the Managing Director and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver results for schools.

You will manage pipeline in Salesforce, engage district leaders, and expand multi-year opportunities with a data-driven approach. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of education sales, education services, or school/district leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience selling to K-12 districts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve a personal revenue quota and build a territory plan.
• Lead the full sales process with district and school stakeholders.
• Maintain a well-qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with coaches, implementation and retention teams to support deals.
