Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in education sales or related leadership.
• Proven quota attainment in K-12 education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales process with district and school stakeholders, including superintendents, district leaders, and principals.
• Develop strategic account plans for key districts with multi-year expansion strategies.
• Maintain a well-qualified pipeline and address revenue risks to meet targets.
• Collaborate with coaches, implementation, and retention teams to support deal transitions and renewals.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.
