Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a remote Product Support Engineer to join a high-performance software development and systems engineering team.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues in cloud-based environments using Microsoft technologies, collaborate across operations, development, and business teams, and contribute to the ongoing development and support of state-of-the-art software platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience
• Experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET framework and C#
• Experience working with Angular across various web platforms
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• 1+ years’ experience supporting commercial applications in a Microsoft environment (preferred)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured, methodical approach to systems development and troubleshooting
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex architectures
• Experience with Postman, HTML5, and REST APIs (preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with support, development, and business teams
• Experience supporting, maintaining, and developing cloud-based software platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise, tools, and assistance to operations, development, and support teams for critical production issues and maintenance
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues, serving as the first line of defense in identifying root causes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with support, development, and business teams to efficiently address customer issues
• Actively participate as a member of a high-performance software development and support team in an agile environment
• Support, maintain, and contribute to the development of software technology platforms utilizing Microsoft, Cloud, and Web technologies for global healthcare markets
• Develop and maintain applications using the Microsoft .NET framework, C#, Angular, and SQL
• Apply structured, methodical approaches to systems development and troubleshooting
• Quickly learn and adapt to complex system architectures
• Utilize tools such as Postman, HTML5, and REST APIs for application support and integration
