Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a remote Product Support Engineer to join a high-performance software development and systems engineering team. This role supports a cloud-based healthcare software platform, troubleshooting issues across Microsoft, Cloud, and Web technologies, and collaborating with operations, development, and business teams.

Required skills include .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, and experience with REST APIs and Postman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or 3+ years software development experience
• Experience with Microsoft .NET framework and C#
• Experience with Angular across web platforms
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• 1+ years' experience supporting commercial applications in a Microsoft environment (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured, methodical approach to development and troubleshooting
• Ability to learn and adapt to complex architectures
• Experience with REST APIs and Postman (preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with support, development, and business teams
• Experience supporting, maintaining, and developing cloud-based software platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and assistance to operations, development, and support teams for production issues and maintenance
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues, identifying root causes
• Collaborate with support, development, and business teams to address customer issues
• Contribute to a high-performance software development and support team in an agile environment
• Support, maintain, and develop software platforms using Microsoft, Cloud, and Web technologies
• Develop and maintain applications using the .NET framework, C#, Angular, and SQL
• Apply structured, methodical approaches to systems development and troubleshooting
• Learn and adapt quickly to complex system architectures
• Use Postman, HTML5, and REST APIs for integration and support
