Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to grow new business across ISO/IEC standards and ICT assurance services. The role is remote with travel up to 10% domestically or internationally, based from one of several US offices including New Jersey, and reports into North America leadership.

You will build client relationships, qualify opportunities, and coordinate proposals with cross-functional teams to close deals in cybersecurity and digital assurance services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or similar roles.
• Experience developing or qualifying opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, referrals, or relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting, campaigns, cross-selling, and leads from marketing and events.
• Qualify client needs, stakeholders, timing, and commercial potential through the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing input, approvals, and client follow-up; move opportunities to closing.
• Maintain CRM records and provide timely pipeline updates; enable smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with account managers, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor ICT assurance solutions.
