Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of ecommerce clients across Brazil. This fully remote role places you in a data-driven environment, collaborating with product, marketing, and finance to drive real ROI.

You will run client calls, manage renewals, and train clients to maximize ROI Hunter. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus, and experience in digital marketing with direct client responsibility is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with direct client or account responsibility.
• Able to read performance data and translate it into actionable client recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run bi-weekly or monthly client calls to implement ROI Hunter strategies.
• Manage renewals and upsell opportunities within own portfolio.
• Help clients increase adoption through training and daily questions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance as needed.
• Present insights and trade-offs honestly to clients.
