Grupo QuintoAndar, the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, is seeking a skilled professional to join the Relationships and Sales team on the front line to solve strategic pain points, prevent churn, and maximize return on advertising investments.

You will act on first-level cancellation requests with consultative retention strategies, negotiate debts, and analyze partner ad performance to guide improvement. Remote-friendly and performance-based compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B client retention and churn prevention.
• Proven experience in friendly collections, debt renegotiation, and delinquency management.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, online ads and performance metrics.
