Pattern in the United States is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of ecommerce clients across Brazil, turning ROI Hunter's platform into measurable results rather than a dashboard. This full-time, remote role is based anywhere in Brazil.

You need 2+ years in digital marketing with client responsibility, plus comfort reading performance data and turning insights into actions. Strong English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing with client/account responsibility.
• Ability to read performance data and turn into actions for clients.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one platform (Meta/Google/TikTok) helps.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; honest about trade-offs.
• Collaborative, not solo-focused; work with product/marketing/finance.
• Strong English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run bi-weekly or monthly calls with clients to apply ROI Hunter strategies.
• Manage renewals and spot upsell opportunities as you build your portfolio.
• Help clients increase adoption of the platform through training and daily questions.
• Join weekly product meetings to stay current on what’s shipping and why.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance as needed on accounts.
