Responsibilities

• Deliver an 11-star onboarding experience for new clients.
• Maintain warm relationships and monitor churn risk regularly.
• Own the software migration and ensure zero live disruption.
• Roll out the Transparency Suite across existing accounts.
• Be the voice of the customer to the Product team for roadmap input.
• Run weekly account health, migration status, and expansion reports.
• Spot testing opportunities and coordinate with testing teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks and help build a CS team as volume grows.
