Job summary

EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform, is hiring for a US remote role within the Sales and Client Services team. You will manage customers using our CRM, drive renewals and adoption, and explore additional revenue streams while coordinating with other departments to ensure customer success.

You will train customers, handle ongoing support, and strive to exceed quotas. A bachelor’s or associate degree with relevant experience is preferred; strong communication and project management

Qualifications

• Delivery of technology training in person or online.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Customer service and support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in account management and software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their business and advise on best practices.
• Handle customer support calls from long-time customers.
• Train customers and staff in the software both online and in person.
• Meet or exceed renewal and adoption quotas.
• Nurture relationships to build trust and identify referable customers.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer success.
• Travel occasionally and work overtime as needed.
