Job summary

HRCap, Inc. seeks a Junior Business Development Representative to lead outbound lead generation and qualify enterprise prospects in a fully remote US-based role.

The candidate will map enterprise accounts in the US and APAC, conduct multi-channel outreach, and generate qualified meetings for the senior AE team, using Salesforce. Visa sponsorship is offered for OPT/STEM OPT and H-1B per performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–2 years in corporate sales, internship, or outbound lead generation.
• Fluency in English and Korean (written and verbal).
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and target enterprise accounts in the US and APAC.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Generate meetings for senior Account Executive team.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate notes and metrics.
