Learnlight, a global EdTech company, is seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to support our Spain market. This remote role focuses on lead generation, discovery calls, and building early relationships with prospective clients.

You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management, maintain CRM records, and progressively own a small pipeline as you grow into a full-cycle BDR role. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales outreach role.
• Advanced English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation; CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Collaborative spirit and interest in EdTech or corporate training.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to support a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify needs, align solutions, and book qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Engage and nurture prospects with tailored messaging to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define target accounts and prospecting strategies.
• Maintain accurate lead activity and opportunity status in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Develop commercial skills and progress toward a full-cycle Business Development role.
