Job summary

Alan is hiring Business Development Representatives to help grow our European sales footprint. You will generate meetings, qualify leads, and work with Account Executives to close deals, educating prospects and delivering inspiring product demonstrations.

You’ll apply the Smart & Soft selling approach to create a delightful customer experience while collaborating with a fast-moving team on growth initiatives and new markets. Remote-friendly, equity available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch required.
• Experience in Sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Strong empathy and passion for solving customer problems.
• Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Generate meetings with prospects to achieve weekly targets with high outreach personalization.
• Develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries via email campaigns and CRM tracking.
• Realize quick lead qualification before allocating leads to Account Executives.
• Represent our products with deep understanding and consumer research to match needs.
• Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to enhance the prospect experience.
