JLL Technologies seeks a Junior Account Manager to support the Account Management team in delivering value to clients across the Solutions portfolio. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to build careers in account management and customer success.

You will collaborate closely with experienced team members to monitor client satisfaction, support delivery quality, and identify growth opportunities while learning best practices in client

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in customer success or account management (internship ok).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support senior account managers with regular client communications.
• Build professional relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and business reviews to track KPIs.
• Monitor account performance against SLAs and report outcomes.
• Prepare reports on client metrics, usage trends, and satisfaction.
• Escalate delivery issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Use CRM tools to track account health and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Desk, Renewals and Marketing.
• Shadow seniors on Strategic Business Reviews to learn best practices.
