Job summary

JLL is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant with strong IWMS expertise to support the buyer journey and sales cycle. You will deliver product demonstrations, collaborate with sales, delivery, and account management teams, and contribute to continuous IWMS innovation.

You will build out demo datasets, scripts, and tailoring for client challenges, while expanding knowledge of JLL Technologies BI/AI offerings and ensuring compelling client engagements across remote and on-site settings.

Qualifications

• Ability to present to decision makers across levels from users to executives.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and account management teams.
• Develop standardized pre-sales and demo processes.

Responsibilities

• Product demonstrations/presentations.
• General presentations.
• Collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders (sales, account management, delivery, bid management).
• Establish standardized product demo environments, datasets, and scripts.
• Develop a personalized learning program to deepen subject matter expertise.
• Develop standardized pre-sales consulting approach for pricing and mapping.
