Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking an Ivanti Developer for remote work on a W2 contract. You will configure and enhance Ivanti ITSM/Neurons, translate requirements into scalable workflows, and build integrations using REST/JSON.

Strong SQL, SSRS, and ITIL knowledge are essential to deliver incident, change, and knowledge management capabilities. Collaborate with business users and technical teams in an Agile/CI/CD environment, supporting deployments, testing, documentation, and ongoing

Qualifications

Hands-on experience configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform.
Experience with Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or ITAM is preferred.
Familiarity with multiple ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine) is advantageous.
Strong SQL skills; SSRS experience is preferred.
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/JSON, and CI/CD/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into scalable Ivanti ITSM solutions.
Configure Ivanti workflows, rules, forms, catalogs, dashboards, and automation.
Develop Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, Knowledge modules; build integrations via REST/JSON.
Create service-management reports and dashboards; use SQL for troubleshooting.
