Job summary

Ivanti is seeking an experienced Ivanti Developer to configure, customize, enhance, and support Ivanti Neurons for ITSM in a remote contract role. You will translate business and ITSM requirements into scalable ITSM workflows, configurations, and dashboards, collaborating with analysts, QA, and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or comparable platforms, strong JavaScript and SQL skills, and experience with REST APIs/JSON in Agile/DevOps

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform.
• 2+ years with Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or comparable experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, service catalog items, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• 2+ years with JavaScript.
• 2+ years with SQL.
• 2+ years with REST APIs/JSON.
• Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge across Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, develop, and support Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable ITSM workflows and configurations.
• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Develop and support Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, data, and platform issues.
• Develop operational reporting, analytics, and dashboards using SQL.
• Support SSRS reporting and troubleshooting.
