Job summary

Ivanti is seeking an Ivanti Developer (Remote) to configure, customize, and support Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. You will translate service-management requirements into workflows, forms, automation, and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders across ITIL processes and Agile teams.

Responsibilities include building modules for service requests, catalog, incidents, changes, and knowledge, plus integrations via REST/JSON. Strong SQL and SSRS experience is preferred; ITIL certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform.
• Experience with Ivanti ITSM or similar like ServiceNow.
• Strong SQL and REST API skills.
• ITIL knowledge and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Ivanti workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, Knowledge modules and related platform capabilities.
• Build integrations using REST APIs/JSON; troubleshoot data, workflow, and platform issues.
• Develop service-management reporting and dashboards; use SQL for reporting and troubleshooting (SSRS preferred).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including configuration diagrams and deployment notes.
• Support testing, UAT, environment promotion, production deployment, and post-production validation.
• Participate in CAB activities and manage ITSM changes through implementation.
